Over the last year, Cohere Arts artists Carolyn Allum, Clare Burman and Amy Mallett have been working on a co-writing project entitled Crow Tales; a series of dark and ghostly audio dramas that were premiered at this year’s INK Festival, the UK’s largest annual festival of short plays.
Their collection of spooky monologues and dramas has now been published as a 55 minute podcast available across most podcast platforms. You can access it here on Spotify:
Carolyn and Clare bring lived experience of sight loss to their writing practice, with each story also drawing from Suffolk’s haunted heritage. The podcast explores topics such as the supernatural, violence and death, underlined by a dark sense of humour. Each drama uses immersive audio approaches and we recommend that you listen with headphones for full effect. If you dare.
