Music workshops for older adults & their carers
In spring/summer 2025 Cohere Arts were excited to work in partnership with Orchestras Live on Musical Journeys, a workshop series for older adults and their carers in rural mid-Suffolk.
The project, supported by Babergh and Mid-Suffolk District Council, delivered 28 music workshops to communities in Yaxley, Debenham, Coddenham & Stowmarket.
In each workshop, two musicians led participants in singing, listening, music-making activities exploring music from different areas of the world.
