Artist-led online workshops for people living with long covid

Take time out to experience the positive health impacts of engaging with the creative arts, whilst connecting with others facing the challenges of long covid.

“The nice relaxing time made me feel refreshed again.”

Cohere Arts are pleased to be working with the East Suffolk & NE Essex NHS Trust in the provision of creative health options for patients living with long covid in Suffolk and Northeast Essex.

Launched in January 2022, our inclusive online workshop series offers valuable breathing space and peer support. In twice-weekly Zoom sessions, artist practitioners lead a range of optional activities that are free to take part in from the comfort of your own home.

Relax with a guided visual arts session, or learn breathing and singing exercises to help manage respiratory symptoms and lift your spirits.

“It was really attentive to our needs and the perfect balance of movement and gentleness.”

Workshops are led by experienced arts-health practitioners with support from multi-disciplinary teams at Suffolk & NE Essex Long Covid Assessment Service. Talk to your GP about a referral to this service.
