Congratulations to our Creative Associate Imogen Hayward, who runs our Gentle seated yoga to music sessions as part of our Creative Routes to Health social prescribing programme.
We nominated Imogen for Active Suffolk’s Active Unsung Hero Award 2022 and were thrilled to hear that in an award ceremony on 18th Nov 22, Imogen was announced winner.
As well as delivering our Gentle sessions in Woodbridge and online, Imogen works tirelessly across East Suffolk to make yoga and its benefits accessible to all. Thanks also to our Senior Producer Philippa Storey who oversees this growing programme, and to our wonderful community of Gentle yogis who take part each week.
